Quote about truth

Hello, my friends!

Is it only my perspective or does there seem to be more underhandedness going on in the world? Recently I read this quote and thought you also might find it interesting.

beware of the half truth; you may have gotten hold of the wrong half. – author unknown

I hope you are doing well. I’m working on my health – physical, mental, emotional – having to find ways to manage when extra needed support isn’t readily forthcoming. Some things have been set aside until I’m not feeling as overwhelmed.

What’s going on in your life these days? Are you making plans for vacations or celebrations?

Thanks for reading, and … Creative Musings!  🙂

  1. Nice to see you here again. I’m glad you are taking a break and looking after yourself. I have been busy finishing up Amanda in Holland-Missing in Action and enjoying my dog. We are off to France next week for a driving holiday with Dot. Something new for us.

How lovely for you to be visiting France. I bet Dot will love it, too. 🙂 Have fun – and no accidents allowed!

  2. Self care is something many of us neglect. It’s important. You are important.

I just got back from the Forest of Trees celebration in Toronto last week. First time flying and the first time out of the Maritimes. Now I’m back to the real world with the black flies and ticks. Take care, Lynn. ❤

    1. Good to see you, Laura. Congrats on your part in the celebration in Toronto. Did you love flying? (I do!)
Self care … I really thought I was doing okay, but the past year has been a struggle for me so that I was at the breaking point due to burnout. When I was told that, it put a scare into me so that when the help I needed was denied me I had to go another route. Things haven’t changed but now I hope to be able to cope better, although my writing – even blogging – hasn’t recovered yet.
Thank you so much for stopping by, Laura. 🙂
