After the death of Robin Williams I felt it could possibly be helpful to have crisis lines information here. If you or somebody you know is in crisis please call to talk to someone. Click on the name to go to the websites.

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline  1-800-273-TALK (8255) Based in the United States, also available nationwide in Canada, it is a 24-hour, toll-free, confidential suicide prevention hotline available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.

Kids Help Phone Org  1-800-668-6868 There for kids, teens and young adults, from any community in Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Veterans Crisis Line – is a specialized for veterans facing a mental health crisis. Veterans can access around-the-clock support by starting an online chat at the Veteran Crisis Line website or by calling 1-800-273-8255 and pressing 1.

The LifeLine Canada has resources for veterans and military, and includes listings for the United States.
